Change of Mind Returns
We understand that sometimes things don’t work out as planned.
If you change your mind about a purchase, we offer returns within 10 days of delivery, provided that:

The item is unused, unassembled, and in its original packaging.

The item is in resalable condition with all tags, parts, and protective materials intact.

You can provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt).
Please note:

Change of mind returns may incur a return shipping or restocking fee to cover handling and logistics costs.

We cannot accept returns on items that have been assembled, used, or altered.

Custom-made or clearance products are not eligible for change of mind returns.
To request a return, please email our team at support@d-arniliving.com.au with your order number and photos of the item and packaging.
Damaged or Faulty Items
We take great care in quality control and packaging, but if your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Send clear photos and a short description to support@d-arniliving.com.au so our team can assist you promptly.
Depending on the situation, we’ll arrange one of the following:

Replacement or repair of the affected part or product

Refund or store credit (if a replacement isn’t possible)
We may require the item to be returned for inspection before processing a refund.
Warranty Claims
All D’ Arni Living products are covered by our manufacturer’s warranty, which varies depending on the item type:

Frame & Structure: 5 years

Foam & Springs: 3 years
-
Fabric, Stitching & Parts: 1 year
This warranty only covers structural faults or manufacturing defects — it does not cover damage caused by misuse, improper assembly, neglect, or normal wear and tear.

Refund Process
Once your return is approved and the item is received at our warehouse, refunds will be processed using your original payment method.
Please allow up to 10 business days for funds to appear in your account after confirmation.
Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable, except where products are faulty or damaged in transit.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we’re unable to accept returns on:

Assembled or used furniture

Clearance, floor stock, or custom orders

Mattresses, pillows, or soft furnishings that have been unsealed
Cancellations
If you wish to cancel an order before it ships, please contact us as soon as possible.
If your order has already been dispatched, it will be treated as a return under the policy above.
