Shipping Policy – D' Arni Living

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 5–14 business days after receiving full payment, subject to stock availability.

If an item is temporarily unavailable or on backorder, our team will contact you with an updated dispatch timeframe.

Please note that processing times may vary during peak sales periods, public holidays, or high-demand releases.

If there are any unexpected delays, our team will notify you promptly.


Delivery Locations

At this time, D' Arni Living delivers exclusively within New South Wales (NSW) and Victoria (VIC), Australia.

We do not currently deliver to other Australian states or territories.

We are working towards expanding our delivery network in the future.


Delivery Timeframes

Estimated delivery times vary depending on your location and stock availability:

Metro Areas (Sydney, Melbourne)
5 – 10 business days

Regional Areas (NSW & VIC)
10 – 15 business days

Remote or Rural Areas (NSW & VIC)
15 – 25 business days

Delivery timeframes are approximate and depend on courier availability, freight scheduling, and transport routes.

Please note that deliveries to regional, rural, or remote areas may take longer than standard metro timeframes due to carrier logistics and limited freight services.


Delivery Service

We use trusted third-party carriers to ensure safe and reliable delivery of your furniture.

All deliveries are ground floor or front door only (unless otherwise arranged).

For larger items, please ensure that:

  • There is safe and easy access for delivery (no narrow stairs or restricted entries).

  • Someone is available at the address to receive and sign for the delivery.

  • Any parking, building access, or delivery restrictions are communicated in advance.

Failure to provide adequate access may result in additional delivery charges.


Assembly & Packaging

Most items arrive fully assembled.

Products requiring partial assembly include clear instructions and necessary fittings.

Some fully assembled pieces (e.g., buffets or sofas) will arrive in protective packaging and are ready for immediate use.


Pre-Orders

The estimated dispatch date will be displayed on the product page for items marked as Pre-Order.

Dispatch dates for pre-order items are estimates and subject to supplier and freight availability.

Your order will be prioritised for delivery once stock arrives at our warehouse.


Shipping Fees

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  • The size and weight of your order

  • Your delivery postcode (NSW & VIC only)

We occasionally offer free metro shipping promotions — please check our homepage or newsletter for updates.


Multiple Items in One Order

If you purchase multiple products, they may ship separately depending on stock availability or warehouse location.

You will receive tracking updates for each shipment.


Delivery Issues or Damages

We take great care to ensure your order arrives in perfect condition.

If your item arrives damaged, incorrect, or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Our team will assess the issue and arrange a repair, replacement, or refund in accordance with our Return Policy and Australian Consumer Law.


Missed Deliveries

The courier may charge a redelivery fee if a delivery attempt is missed.

Please ensure someone is available on the scheduled delivery day to avoid additional charges.


International Shipping

D'Arni Living currently ships within NSW and VIC, Australia only.

We do not offer international shipping at this time.
